Delivery
All Coco Flip products are shipped from our studio in Northcote, Victoria. Please check the current lead-time when ordering as most of our pieces are made to order and production can take up to 12 weeks. Coco Flip products that are in stock will be shipped within one week of receiving your order, and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
All lighting pieces can be delivered Australia-wide. Larger furniture items can be delivered to all Australian capital cities. If you live remotely please reach out to see if our furniture couriers service your area.
We welcome collections from our Northcote studio if you live locally and have your own suitable transport.
International delivery is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us for a quote if you live outside of Australia.
Returns
Please consider your purchase carefully. Deposits paid at the time of your order confirmation are non-refundable and we don't accept returns for a change of mind.
If you believe there is a fault with your product please email us with a detailed description and images to support your claim.
